The client required a step-change in operational throughput without disrupting an active production environment. Legacy equipment, fragmented control systems and tight project windows made conventional delivery impractical.
Kinetechs was engaged as the single execution partner — accountable for engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of the new system, with full integration into the existing OT environment.
A discipline-led engineering package — control architecture, mechanical conveyance, electrical distribution and SCADA integration — was delivered against a phased execution plan that protected live operations.
Commissioning was sequenced into staged hand-overs with documented loop checks, dry runs and operator training, allowing the client to ramp to nameplate capacity inside the contractual window.
